2. Are you manufacturer?

Yes. We have been in providing professional solutions in printing and packaging industry over 10 years.

Yes, However, in most cases, we work on OEM orders. That means your own products can be customized as long as you give us the production information in details.

4. What information should I let you know if I want to get a quotation?

- Size of the products (Length x Width x Height)

- Printing colors

- Quantity

- If it is possible, please also provide pictures or design sketch for checking.

5. When we create artwork, which format is available for printing?

-The commonly used ones: PDF, CDR, AI, PSD.

-Bleed size: 3-5mm.

6. How many days will samples be finished? How about the mass production?

-Generally, 5-7 days for samples making.

-The lead time of mass production will depend on quantity, production art, etc.

7. Do you inspect the finished products?

-Yes. Each step of production and finished products will be carried out for inspection by QC department before shipping.

8. How do you ship the finished products?

-By sea

  We have our own designers to provide packaging solutions for customers. Tell us what you need, and  we can offer you proposals and practical advice.

   

   

  2) To Make Samples for Customers' Testing and Approval Before Production

   

   

  For new customers, we will charge the basic material cost for sampling. But for regular customers,  sampling will be free of charge.

   

  We promise that for each sampling, lead time will be controlled in 7 working days.

   

   

  3) Production

   

   

  Before delivery, our QC will check all details including quality, quantity and packing for ensuring the  goods customers receive will be in perfect conditions.

   

   

  4) Delivery
