Description:

The manual type labeling machine is composed by manual labeling table and shrinking tunnel.

Manual labeling table: It is made of SUS304, and welded on both side of the conveyor. Bottles are going through the conveyor, workers take the bottle to the table for putting the sleeve labels onto bottles. And then put the bottles to the cnveyor again.

Shrinking tunnel: There are two types, one is steam shrinking type; the other is electric shrinking type.

Steam shrinking type: It is made by SUS304, there are several steam tubes in the tunnel and connect to the steam generator. The steam generator is seleced according to the capacity.

Electric shrinking type: The tunnel is made of coated carbon steel. There are several heating tubes installed in it.
