Description:

The automatic bottle sorter is composed by two parts: bottle loading part and bottle sorting machine. Bottles are loaded into the bottle loader, and the bottles will be lifted up by belt into bottle sorting machine.

There are air blowers installed around the sorting machine body. They will blow bottles into the grooves for arranging. Whatever how the machine drop into the grooves, bottles will be out with bottle mouth up.

Applications

The automatic bottle sorting machine is used to arrange disordered plastic bottle to production line. It can connect to different production line including mineral water line, food production line, dairy production line, medical production line and chemical production line and etc.

Working principle:

When the bottle elevator is started, the disordered bottles will be transferred on top of umbrella shape tower ,and then fall into bottle ascending devices .The bottle ascending devices will push bottles into bottle dropping grooves under the action of cam . Then the ordered bottles will be sent out through planet wheel into air conveyor. Planet wheel is connected with motor main axis by synchronous belt.
