Description:

This soft drink processing line is mainly used to process the carbonated drink, soft drink, soda water, beer for latter filling in bottles, here the treatment capacity is 1000L/H.  

All the main material is SUS304 material, which meets with the food grade. 

It's set after water purification, before bottle filling machine, main contains the follow machines:

1) Solid sugar melting tank: 

  To melt the sugar for liquid syrup for latter use, 200kg/time  

2) Syrup filter: (you can choose or not as your sugar liquid purifity) 

To filter the liquid syrup to be more fine for latter beverage mixing use, 320kg/time

3) Mixing tank: 

 To use to mixing syrup, liquid, and other material for use, 1000L volume 

4) Double filter: 

 To filter the liquid mixing material to be fine for latter use, 1T/H

5) Water / drink cooling tank: 

To use to cool the mixing liquid to be with more lower temperature for better CO2 mixing in the beverage in next CO2 mixing machine. 

6) CO2 mixing machine: 

 To use to mix the CO2 into liquid beverage for final carbonated drink for filling, capacity 1000L/H.

7) Bottle washing machine, bottle filling machine, bottle capping machine, conveyor and motor
