Automatic Barrier Functions and Features

The WJDZJ intelligent barrier gate is one types of our company’s products with the latest technological design to realize the automatic and intelligent operation. Further more, the unique clutch device and the balance device has made the barrier gate become more reliable.

Functions & Features

1). Wheel manual release. In case of power off, rotate the wheel manual release on the bottom of the motor to raise the boom manually. When power on, the motor will work normally.
2). Machine core with strong and double springs, make the machine core works more steadily.
3). Die-casting aluminum alloy motor, precise and good at thermal radiation.
4). The crank and rod structure makes the boom run placidly.

5).Double safety limit switches (photoelectricity limit switch and motor memory sensor).
6). Reversing on obstacles.
7). Auto-closing.

8). Support the infrared photocell for anti-bumping function (optional).
9). Support loop detector (optional).
10). R&G light interface (AC220V, can support lamp with 40W).
11). Wire control (switch signal)/Remote control (418MHZ).
12). Digital limit, more precise.
13). Open, close control interface for parking system.
14). Provide limit state signal to the parking system.

Boom Barrier Common Malfunctions and Solutions

- The barrier arm rise up automatically when falling down at 45 degree.

If using digital limit, please check DIP “3s/6s switch button”, whether the DIP is same as the speed of the barrier.

- Barrier arm stop after moving a little when falling down or rising up.

Check up if the limit switch interface is connected well.

- Barrier arm is not in vertical or horizontal limit position.

1. For Blade type limit, check up the photo electricity limit switch.

2. Check up DIP of up angle is adjusted to the end.

3. Check up the connection rod, and vertical and horizontal position of the barrier arm.
