Barrier gate Spring installation

1. Place the selected spring in the spring cabinet

2. Put the spring and spring cabinet into the spring supporter

3. Place the threaded pole into the spring cabinet and fasten it with the necessary screws in the right hole.

4. Place the baffle ring and adjust the screw to the bottom of the spring, and then adjust it to make it balance the weight of the boom.

The change of the spring

1. Make the boom at its vertical position, cut off the power and then unlock the clutch, the boom should be at its up limit and stable.

2. Disassembly of the baffle ring and the adjusting screw

3. Make the boom at its horizontal position by hand, unscrew the screw and take off the threaded pole

4. Unscrew the screw to take out the spring cabinet and then put it in the selected spring.
