1) When you said it is compatible, but in fact it is not compatible.

One model may have several different cartridge code.

Different version.

This is mainly caused by different region. One chip can be used in South America, but it may be not the same in North America.

But sometimes, different pages are with different code.

2) When you said that every details are confirmed, but it still can’t be used.

The only reason is : Your chips quality is bad.

This may caused be several main reasons:

1) Your models are quite new. Your suppliers actually haven’t test these chips very well before putting them on market.

2) Few of them will be caused by shipping. Big crash.

3) Your chips are using bad material. Mainly the IC board. So the manufacture defect rate is high.
