Curing resin TXL-202 is corresponding to
Amberol-137(US),SP-1045(Schenectady, US)and R17152(UK).
This product is pale yellow or yellow-green transparent block
granules ,
which can be soluble in organic solvent such as
benzene,toluene,dimethylbenzene,gasoline,kerosene,turpentine,silicone
oil,ect,
and be insoluble in water.It is odorless and lammable. | Applications:
It is curing agent of NR and several SR( as SBR, CR, NBR, IIR),
especially for the rubbers of low unstaurated value and being
difficulty sulphurized (as IIR, EPDM).
Used for tyre, joint, seal, conveyer belt, vessel of food etc. It
has low softening point, easily mix with rubber.
It can improve mechanical strength and low temperature flex
property of rubber, sulphurized rubber has heat-resistance,
chemical object resistance solvent resistance properties and good
electric property.
Only using the resin for curing, must be put in the catalysts, as
CR(5-10% of rubber), or metal chloride (2-5% of rubber);
Mixed with TXL-201 resin, needn't catalysts. The reference dosage
is 8-12% of rubber. | Storage:
Stored in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area. Protected from heat
and fire. the storage life is one year.
The products that exceeded storage life and qualified can be used. | Package:
