Properties:
A-86, a type of derivative products of P22, is non-dusting blue
flake .
Compared with powder peptizers ,it can be suitable to be weighted
automatically,
so as to improve the operating environment greatly while making
better the processability.
The product has no harmfulness when used normally,
and the storage is stable under the condition of low temperature
and dry. |
Applications:
A-86 is specially formulated peptiser suitable as mastication aids
in a variety of processing conditions for nature rubber or
unsaturated synthetic rubber,
and should be added at the beginning of the mixing cycle, internal
mixers or open mills.
It can enhance the milling efficiency evidently at processing
temperature over 70℃,and at 150 to 160℃,
the effect is the best. It can promote the molecular chains to
break and reduce the milling time,
so as to decrease the cost of rubber processing. |
The adding method:
1.to be added independently.
2.to be added together with accelerators such as M,DM.
3.During processing one step carbon black masterbatch,to be added
in initial mixingstage.
Recommended dosage is 0.1 to 0.5 phr. |
Storage:
Stored closely in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area. Avoid exposure
to direct sunlight. |
Package:
In 25kg paper bags with plastic inner. |
