Chemical Composition:Mixture of Zinc soap of high fatty acids

Properties:It is nontoxic, hardly soluble in most organic solvents except alkyl halid, and not soluble in water.
Applications:The product's another trade name is Plasticizer A. It is suitable for the mixing processing in the internal mixer for both natural rubber and synthetic rubber such as BR,SBR,NBR,EPDM. When used as acid for extrusion, it can improve the die swell ratio and the quality of final products ,and reduce the temperature of extruding process. For one stage mixing process it can be added together with other addition agents; and for multistage mixing process it can be added after carbon black. The recommended dosage is 2 to 3 phr.
Storage:Stored closely in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight. The storage life is 18 months.
Package:In 20kg paper bags with plastic inner.
