Application:
Be suitable for plastication of natural or synthetic rubber.
It can be used in both open mill and interal mixer. the optimal
temperature is 50 to 80℃ for cold mastication and 130 to 160℃ for
hot mastication.
It dose not influence the physical-mechanical properties and ageing
resistance.
SJ-103 ,corresponding to the product RENACIT Ⅶ, is a type of high
efficiency and energy saving products. It can reduce approximate
1/3 of milling time , so to save energy and improved the labor
productivity greatly. The quality of this product has been tested
and approved by the famous Dunlop Company (UK) and Pirelli Tire
Company(Italy).
Adding method:
1.to be added independently.
2.to be added together with accelerator such as M,DM.
3.when processing one step carbon black masterbatch，to be added in
initial mixing stage.
Recommended dosage is 0.1 to 0.3 phr. |
Storage:
Stored closely in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area. Avoid exposure
to direct sunlight. |
