The brushless DC motor is composed of a motor main body and a
driver. It is a typical mechatronic product. It has the characteristics of small size, low noise, high
efficiency, wide speed range, and small steady-state speed error. The fifth-generation gearbox
dedicated for barrier gates, multiple speed ratios to choose from, stable operation, customized gear
transmission with higher efficiency and high stability, is more and more praised by the market.

5th BLDC motor general technical conditions: 1. Normal insulation resistance: the insulation resistance of the
motor is not less than 100MΩ; 2. Electric strength: between the conductive part of the motor and
the shell should be able to withstand 1760VAC/min without breakdown; 3. Motor temperature rise: ≤75K; 4. Motor noise: ≤55dB; 5. Work system: S1 work system; 6. Protection level: IP54; Insulation class: Class A
Precautions: 1. Follow the correct wiring method to avoid the motor not rotating
or burning. 2. The motor should not be overloaded and locked for a long time to
avoid excessive temperature rise. 3. Don't disassemble and assemble the assembled gear reducer
casually, so as to avoid the entry of sundries or the bad gear meshing and make noise. 4. When connecting the output shaft of the motor and the gear
reducer to the load, it cannot be struck or squeezed by gravity, so as to avoid internal
deformation and misalignment, resulting in serious noise or jamming. 5. The lead wire of the motor cannot be pulled with force to avoid
electric shock accidents. 6. Avoid touching the rotating parts when the motor is running to
