Rapid, reliable, and economical processing of road users is essential when collecting toll charges at bridges, tunnels and on roads. Toll Barriers from Magnetic have been specially designed for this situation. the barriers is characterised by its speed, lack of maintenance and energy efficiency, and thus keeps long-term costs down. The Toll Barriers can be adapted to meet individual requirements,the speed when closing can be adjusted.and it can be equipped with a variety of control devices, flanges and barrier booms. All barrier boom types can be provided with the optional swing-away flange. In the case of a collision with a vehicle, the barrier boom is released and can be manually re-engaged afterwards. This protects the barrier boom and the drive unit. There is also the optional auto-swing-away flange for the soft boom, which automatically re-engages after a collision with a vehicle.

Adance Functions:

1)Adopt DC24V permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSMmotor) With such characteristics that self-locking when power on,unlock when power off.

2)Motor uses rare earth materials,low power consumption,light weight, low temperature rise,large torque,running normal below 40 degrees of ultra-low temperature environment.

3)Using the high precision planetary tooth structure reducer,convenient for left and right interchange,low noise,high efficiency,output large torque,not block,oil tight.Forced to lift the arm doesn’t damage the reducer.

4)The precision limit is exact in every particular,advanced constant torque intelligent follow-up algorithm.The torque output follows the arm differen to perating angle at constant speed,no shaking,keep fast and steady.Super fast response time algorithm.

5)Special HF power supply,arm can be opened automatically when power off,is general global  voltage standard,AC90V50/60Hz-AC264V  50/60Hz no municipal electricity place can be connected with DC24V battery for more than 8000 times.The battery can be connected with solar and wind power.

1. When Power off,gate automatically open,no clutch design,no human intervention.When power on,gate automatically reset,restore to the gate closing state,truly unattended,fire safety standards.If special requirement,manual operation is required when power off.Operating armopen and close by hand also can be realized by setting up control board DIP switch,which ensure that the system can be used at anytime.

10. Arm Open priority anti-smashing function,regardless of the current gate in what state,the operator through the triple push button,software or remote control to issue a gate arm up,the gate will give priority to the implementation of the opening action.
11. Barrier with anti-collision protectionfunction,when the vehicle hits the gate arm,arm can be swing out to avoid damage to the vehicle and barrier gate machine​.
