Control Steps of Panel

1.      Open the switch of power.

2.      Uncover the counter and set to zero. Then set the times you need to test. Close the cover of the counter.

3.      Press the start button to begin the test.

9. Testing Steps:

1. Prepare three pieces of standard rubber with size of 25.4mm x 25.4mm and install them into the card slot.

2. Use the new abrasive paper to rub the standard rubber for 1000times.The new abrasive paper should be rubbed for 1000 times before formal test. Open the dust collector to clean the abrasive paper at the same time.

3. Do formal test after the pre-rub. Make the dial indicator to zero and turn the quantitative rod with clockwise direction until the indicator move to abrasion displacement of 2.54mm.

4. Start the test until the indicator moved to 0mm. Stop and record the rotating times of three pieces standard rubber. Get the average value.

5. Prepare three samples and do the same steps like step 3-4 to get the average rotating value of three samples.

① Protective ground is compulsory for this machine.

② The temperature:15 ~ 30℃

The relative humidity: below 80%.

③ The machine should be put on horizontal and stable platform for installation.
