Product Features: ① Use different test conditions such as high temperature, low temperature, constant temperature and humidity of the function separately. ② Overall fault indicator including super low temperature, water level, the end of the test and compressor overload. ③ Precise counter for user to know the testing time ④ Micro-computer temperature controller with PID value,upper and lower alarm and touch setting⑤Anti-hydrolysis test for leather and shoes materials; Frosting test for rubber materials. 5. 6. Testing Steps ① Sample Preparation:Size of 50mm x 40mm with thickness of 5m,error within ±0.2mm. The effective sample for detecting sample quantity each time is generally not less than three. ② Testing Conditions: 1. Temperature 60℃,Humidity 92%RH 2. Temperature 23±2℃,Humidity 65%RH ③ Testing Steps: a. Put the sample in the laboratory room for 24 hours. b. Set the tester with specific temperature and humidity. Put the sample into the tester after the tester becomes stable. Attention that the distance between the samples should be no less than 5mm and the distance between the sample and tester wall should be no less than 70mm. c. Close the tester door and start timing d. Observe the test every 24 hours and record the results. e. Take out the sample and observe the surface changes. ④ Testing Result: Shown by frosting degree 0 class-no frosting, no changes on the surface of sample 1 class-slight frosting,few crystal on the surface 2 class-frosting,the surface become light white 3 class-severe frosting, the surface of sample become white and creamy
