Description:

   UKC1-...C switching capacitor can be used for it's own only of on-off low voltage shuntwound capacitor.It used widely for no power and power equalize equipment of auto equalize.It can be fit electrical system of AC  frequency 50 Hz,rated voltage is below 380v, on-off capacitor is below 90kvar,improved to power factor.

   The CJ19C type switching capacitor contactor is our factory improved to design made according to LC-DK made of TE company France.CJ19B type is our company desian and made of based on CJX2 type AC contactor.Contactor is building block type,resistance circuit parts above the main circuit,resistance circuit for three parts.The principe contact design with reason,oneself burthen working reliably.

Structure:

The ac contactor is of direct-action double break structure, the contact system consists of upper and downward layout, upper part has 3 pairs of contacts and current limiting resistance what become surge restrained  device, when closing current limiting contacts will make several milliseconds at firstly, then working contact is made closed later, current limiting contact will be released under the action of everlasting magnet and spring, current limiting resistance is switched off, capacitor then operate normally,

Operation Condition:

1. When the switch is closed condenser must be discharged before recharged.

(Maximum residual voltage at terminals ≤ 50V)

2. In working voltage 500V (Ue=500V), 100,000 times for UKC1(D)-9C~40C and 80,000 times for UKC(D)1-50C~85C

3. To prevent short current, gG type Fuse must be 1.5~2 times than rated current.

4. It must be separated from resistant wire

5. The average temperature over a 24-hour period, in accordance with standards IEC70 and 831 is 45 degree.
