Process:

Wire:Material preparation→melting→re-melting→forging→hot rolling→heat treatment→surface treatment→drawing(rolling)→finish heat treatment→inspection→package→warehouse

Cr30Ni70:in industrial furnaces. well suited for reducing atmospheres, as it is not subject to 'green rot'.
Cr15Ni60:in braking resistors,industrial furnaces,hot plates, grills, toaster ovens and storage heaters. For suspended coils in air heaters in clothes dryers, fan heaters, hand dryers.
Cr20Ni35:in braking resistors,industrial furnaces.In night-storage heaters, convection heaters, heavy duty rheostats and fan heaters. For heating cables and rope heaters in defrosting and de-icing elements, electric blankets and pads, car seats, baseboard heaters and floorheater.

In coil--when the diameter>1.2mm

All the wire packd into cartons→cartons packed into plywood pallet OR wooden case

A1:Any quantity you need when the sizes are in stock.

Wire diameter<0.1mm,it is 1kgs

Wire diameter 0.1~0.3mm,it is 2~3kgs

Wire diameter 0.3~0.7mm,it is 5kgs

Wire diameter 0.7-1.2mm,it is 10kgs

Wire diameter >1.2mm,it is 20-25kgs

For strip,smaller size,it is 10-20kgs

Larger size,it is 50-100kgs

Q2:Can you offer free samples?

A2:Yes,when the same sizes or the close sizes are in stock.But the customers must bear the freight of the samples.
