This is a 420 stainless steel wire, specifically designed for arc spray processes. 420 SS forms a dense, well bonded coating, with excellent wear resistance and good corrosion resistance. It is widely used for machine elements repair, dimensional restoration, and wear resistant application. 420 SS's low shrink rate characteristics allows for increased coating thickness on parts requiring heavier coatings.

We accept 100% TT ( Telegraphic Transfer) in advance for small orders( value under USD 2000).
For some big orders, we can accept 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment. For very small orders , we can accept paypal & Western union payment.

Packing & Shipping

Our packing for thermal spray wire:

1.6mm and 2.0mm can be rolled on the spool, and a plastic film covered on the wire, one spool one carton. 

Then the carton will be packed on a wooden pallet or in a wooden case, it decided by customers.
