1.6mm NiCr6015 NiCr60/15 Thermal Spray Nickel Alloy Wire Bright Annealed

 

Nickel chromium alloy with iron resistance electrothermal high resistivity, surface body well. At high
temperature and high intensity, and a good performance and processing may welding nature widely used
metallurgical, electrical, mechanical components and electrical manufacturing industries for doing heat
resistance material.

Typical applications include metal-sheathed tubular elements used in hot plates, grills, toaster ovens, storage heaters, etc

1.About Nichrome NiCr6015 wire
Nichrome alloy NiCr6015 characterized by high resistivity, good oxidation resistance ,good form stability and good ductility and excellent weldability. It is suitable for use at temperatures up to 1150°C.
