Metallographic structure of 1cr13al4:

1cr13al4 alloy has ferrite structure

1cr13al4 application scope application fields include:

1. As a heating element, it is mainly used in heat treatment furnace with temperature below 750 ℃. However, it is not used as a common heating material

2. Electric heating wire for low gear electric heating pipe and low gear household electric heater

3. Resistance strip for resistance box

 

1Cr13Al4 is a ferritic iron-chromium-aluminium alloy (FeCrAl alloy) which has been developed for low temperature applications.
It is suited for use in appliances and can replace all low temperature materials.
Maximum operating temperature in continuous operation is 950°C.

FECRAL Has less hot strength than Tophet alloys but much higher melting point.
