Nichrome Resistance Wire Stranded NIKROTHAL 80 / Ni80 19*0.55mm

Stranded resistance heating wire has many advantages, such as deformation ability, thermal stability, mechanical character, shockproof ability in thermal state and anti-oxidization. Nichrome Wire forms a protective layer of chromium oxide when it is heated for the first time. Material beneath the layer will not oxidize, preventing the wire from breaking or burning out.

Due to Nichrome Wire’s relatively high resistivity and resistance to oxidation at high temperatures, it is widely used in heating elements, electric furnace heating and heat-treating processes in the chemical, mechanical, metallurgical and defense industries.

(1). Nickel-chromium, nickel-chromium alloy with high and stable resistance, corrosion resistance, surface oxidation resistance is good, a better under high temperature and seismic strength, good ductility, good workability and weldability.

(2).NiCr8020 widely used in househole, such as: grills, toaster ovens, air heater, clothes dryer, hand heaters and so on.
NiCr8020 widely used in the heating element which made for industrial heating furnace, such as tempering furnace and drying furnace.
