This fiber optic 19” ODF box is 19 inch standard size sliding drawer type rack mount patch panel, it is the auxiliary equipment for terminal wiring in optical fiber transmission communication network, and ssuitable for indoor optical cable splice directly and branch connection, and protection of the optical fiber.

Total box is closed with 2 clips and 2 hinges on front cover, open the front door, we can draw out of the internal whole part with splice tray, and cable clamps. The box can be rack mounted with the mounting ears at both sides on 19inch or 23 inch optical distribution frame, fix by screws, when delivery, the ears will ba pack around the box. The box use 1.2mm Cold rolled steel sheet, with electrostatic spraying;

At back of the box, there are 4 pieces cable entry ports with rubber seal, the diameter can be customerized, the standard is 20mm.

Inside of the cable entry, there is plastic protection devices and metal clamps for cable fixting, which makes cable in place and stable.

The patch panel adopts metal sliding tray for draw out of the fusion part and the bottom, asier and faster operation without open the cover, and take out for fiber management;

The adapter plate is fixed on the drawer plate by screws, the size and length can be customized. 2U maximum can hold 48cores SC simplex adapters. All the adapters are fixed by mini screws on the plate, will not move or come out after long time transporation. There are 4pcs plastic cable clamps at front of the adapter for cable exit and management, humanity design and good protection.

The 24cores fusion splice tray is plastic white, made of brand new ABS material, multi-trays can be stacked together, and fix on the box with screws. And there is 1.6meter long space area for fiber management or distribute. 

We suggest to use transparent dust cap for adapters so as to test if the fiber is broken or not by human eyes easily. Also it is beautiful, but other dust cap is available on request.  Also this box can use E2000 SC LC ST FC adapters.
