How to order:

1.When our offer is approved, you will have PI for payment.
2.You are supposed to make down payment of 50%.
3.Production starts upon receipt of down payment.
4.After production is done, we send the pictures of the finished product to you for confirmation.
5.You are supposed to make balance payment if everyting is ok. 
6.We deliver the goods upon receipt of balance payment, and send you full set of shipping docs.
 
 
You may concern:
 
1. Can I have custom design with personal company logo or wording?
Answer: For all our inflatables, the customerized logo and wording is available. And we will confirm the design with you before production, so you will surely get what you want for actual use.
2. What kind of payment do you accept? 
Answer: We prefer T/T, West Union, Paypal and other payment terms. For order < US$5000, we prefer 50% deposit. 
3. How long will it take to produce?
Answer: It all depends, large quantity will need more time. We will get start with the design once received the deposit. After the design is confirmed, we will arrange the production. Usually, the production will take about 2-3 weeks.(Exception for urgent order)
4. How long will it take for the delivery?
Answer: By express and air will take about 7 days, while by sea will takes about 25~35 days.
5. Can I check the quality before delivery?
Answer: Yes, once the production finished, we will send you the pictures to check. Welcome you visit our factory to check the quality.
