Specification:

   1.Hook device mainly as a vertical shaft sinking suspension bucket with ascension.

   2.Hook device in two varieties, four specifications. Type I hook device points 5 t and 7 t, Ⅱ hook device points 9 t,11t.

   3.Hook device structure is simple, usage the function is single. All parts by forging, steel wire rope connection adopted two kinds of type, including 5 t and 7 t with eccentric rope ring, the board connection; 9 t, 11 t the taper sleeve connection, lead antimony alloy casting by form.

Hook device adjustment and installation:

             1. Hook device connected to the hoisting rope well qualified through inspection, must carry out a light load for a short period of time (30% ~ 60%) as the design load test run, commissioning time is recommended for eight hours or ascend 15 times. To check the cable connection parts and hook device each have other parts without exception.

             2. Appearance inspection must be conducted before use, all rotating parts are in good lubrication, flexible rotation, the nut is loose, reliable insurance card.

             3.Tightness of pin-type insurance card spring has been adjusted, move can make bolt clamping with the hand, not loose. Work to avoid collision, the deformation, can not use levers, hammer instead of manual move.
