The width of the ultrasonic cleaning tank should be greater than
the diameter of the heat exchanger, and the length should be
slightly longer than that of the heat exchanger to ensure that the
entire heat exchanger is immersed in the ultrasonic cleaning tank.
The volume and weight of the heat exchanger are relatively large,
and when it is difficult to put the heat exchanger into and out of
the tank, consider installing a lifting system. If the heat
exchanger has a large daily cleaning volume, it is recommended that
the customer install a filtration circulation system, which can
collect dirt and sewage and discharge it, and can also circulate
relatively clean water to the main tank to improve water
utilization. At the same time, it is also necessary to consider the
weighing capacity of the cleaning basket to avoid direct contact
with the heat exchanger to the bottom of the inner tank of the
machine, causing damage to the vibration head
