Working way

The entire process of putting the basket into the cleaning tank, removing the basket and moving the basket between the tanks is automatically completed by a single-arm manipulator. This ultrasonic cleaning machine has a total of 3 working tanks, plus 1 loading and unloading station, a total of 4 stations .

Cleaning time and production capacity

The cleaning basket bears 150kg, and the cleaning time can be set and adjusted according to the cleaning process, about 10-15 minutes per basket.

PLC system and circuit

PLC system: PLC uses Mitsubishi brand, touch screen uses Weinview brand.

Circuit: Air switch uses Chint, other components use domestic well-known brand high-quality products.

Machine outer shell

The rear part of the machine is all installed with stainless steel boards, and the filter circulation structure, spray pump, generator frame, etc. are all wrapped in high-quality stainless steel.

2. Loading and unloading

4. Mechanical transport system

the basket between the tanks is automatically completed by the manipulator.

(c) Structure:
The vertical lifting mechanical transmission of the automatic manipulator (single arm) is driven by a W brake motor, equipped with a tooth box flange type, and is driven by a stainless steel chain, equipped with guide rails and sliding blocks to maintain balance and stability; the horizontal movement of the automatic manipulator (single arm) is mechanically driven by W servo motor is equipped with tooth box flange type, equipped with guide rail, sliding block and rack and pinion to maintain balance and stability; it is driven by heavy-duty drive rubber wheels.
(d) Control
All driving parameters can be adjusted in the man-machine interface. All movable wires and signal line of the automatic manipulator system are protected and operated by tank rails.
