Specifications :

Operable partitions are available in three configurations. These configurations may be used alone or combined to create the flexibility needed. Operable partitions may also be combined with our accordion, glass wall and Summit vertical lift products.

Paired Panels

For wall-to-wall division. Panels are hinged in pairs and manually operated. You may completely close the opening or place pairs of panels along the overhead track for use as display panels or sight dividers. Paired panels are popular for fast setup in classrooms, meeting rooms and training centers.

Single Panels

Also known as omni-directional or individual panels, single panels are manually operated and offer optimum room flexibility. The track system enables the panels to negotiate angles and intersections and be moved to alternate locations. Curved and self-sorting track systems are available as well. Single panels are often used in hotel ballrooms and meeting rooms and convention centers; however, they can be used in every type of facility.

Continuously Hinged Panels

Also known as trains, continuously hinged panels are hinged together and move from wall to wall in a straight line. Electric models are often used in school gymnasiums, hotel ballrooms and commercial spaces. They operate with keyed switches.

(1).Horizontal seals
 
The principle of double skin construction on movable and operable partition system is applied consistently in the seal area in order to ensure maximum sound insulation . A spindle mechanism presses extendable, spring loaded, double seals against the fl oor and the ceiling track . Any irregularities in the fl ooring are offset by spring-loaded double chamber seals . The contact force of the sealing strips does not place excessive strain on screed floors , but does ensure that the Variflex system is sufficiently stable to prevent the panels moving , even in the event of an attempted forced entry .
 
 
(2).Corner seals
 
Variflex resolves the technical issue of corner seals with specially designed, corner pieces that also reinforce the stability and sound insulation properties of movable and operable partition system
 
 
(3)Magnetic strip
 
The individual panels are centred via the magnetic strips to guarantee sound positive locking and sealing.
