Specification:

The partition wall is a good consideration of the propagation of sound waves, greatly improving the soundproofing of the partition. Partition models 65 type (65mm thick), 85 type (85mm thick), 100 type (100mm thick), ultra-high type, partition reference plane material gypsum board, fiber board, glass magnesium board, color steel plate, sound-absorbing board, A variety of panels, such as melamine panels, are available for selection. The structure and frame are made of 6063-T6 reinforced aluminum alloy. 

The soundproofing performance of the partition is significant. After laboratory tests, the air sound insulation can reach up to RW=53dB. The panel material and internal soundproof materials used in the fire-proof partition are all flame-retardant materials.The overall fire resistance performance can reach up to 60 minutes. Internally-filled acoustic fiberglass is a lightweight, sound-insulating, and economical wall-filling material. The product uses an adhesive to cure the material to ensure its extension characteristics, effectively preventing the occurrence of falling phenomenon.

Pass door specification:

Pass Doors may be incorporated in selected panels to provide egress, service entrance or general access to an area. Signature Pass Doors all have mechanical retractable bottom seals, no sweeps dragging on the floor, and are constructed to match the panel. This design maintains the acoustical and aesthetic integrity of the Partition.

Pass door operation:

1. If there is a door in the door, first turn the square hole on both sides of the door to rotate 180 degrees, loosen the upper and lower seals through the transmission wheel, and then close the door in the door;

2, open the last screen of the telescopic aluminum plate and the upper and lower seals;

3. Retract the telescopic aluminum plate of the last screen so that its distance can at least turn the distance of the screen, generally about 140mm;

4. Push the screen to the position of the screen in the direction of the track.

5. After each group of screens is collected in the same way, press each two screens tightly to minimize the distance between the screens and the screens. If necessary, you can open the up and down motion seals of the last screen that is housed at the hidden plate so that it presses against the rails and the ground. This will prevent others from easily pulling the screen out.

Technical information:

Every panel of the folding wall is equipped with a sunken stopper which is used to lock the wall, using a separate handle/knob, into an opening recessed into the floor. The openings in the floor are covered with templates which are supplied with the wall. The separate panels of the wall are joined with hinges.

Structure:

In the case that the folding wall is supported by the ground, an aluminum track is installed on the floor where the carriages move the wall and at the top there is a guiding track. The height is also adjustable by 15 mm.

At the end of the wall, a jamb profile is installed to close the last panel and which is also used as a door. This, together with the jamb is installed to start the wall and allows for the walls width to be adjusted 20 mm.
