The movable wall partition is a separation tool for general space. In real life, places that require the use of active partitions are everywhere. Feature:

1. The movable partition has a good sound insulation effect and is called active sound insulation wall. It is a good choice for office decoration, hotel decoration restaurant banquet hall and event room partition.

2. When the activity is cut off, its main frame adopts standard T6 anode aluminum, which is not easily deformed, corroded or has spots, but its weight is relatively light. On the two sides of the movable partition panel, we can apply wallpaper, cover cloth (soft pack), stick solid wood or other things on the panel, and the decorative surface of the movable partition can be varied.

3. In the interior of the activity partition, the whole screen is fixed with solid wood strips, so that the active partition door panel is stable without being bulky; the upper and lower retractable mechanisms are installed so that the pressure strips at the upper and lower ends of the movable partition can be freely retracted to achieve the effect of fixed partition and sound insulation. In addition, in order to further enhance the soundproofing effect of the partition, the interior of the partition is filled with fiberglass insulation wool.

4. It is simple and quick to install the activity partition. In the earlier period, we only needed to weld steel structures on the ceiling of the ceiling slab to connect aluminum alloy rails without any need for rails. There is a small section of track in the track that can be removed at any time. We call it the "original track." When we want to hang the door to the partition, we only need to dismantle it, hang the door up, and then slightly adjust it. It can be used normally.

Operation:

When moving a wall panel there is a 22.5-25 mm gap between the top of the panel and the underside of the head track, there is a similar gap between the bottom of the panel and the floor.

Once a panel is positioned, acoustic integrity is maintained along the top and bottom of the panel by extending pressure seals.

The pressure seals are extended and retracted by a single 180°turn of a removable operating handle.

Final closure of the wall is achieved by extending a telescopic sleeve on the last panel. This action simultaneously extends the top and bottom seals.

Acoustic performance:

Our Top Hung movable partition walls were designed specifically with the office refurbishment sector in mind. With sound attentions available from 37dB RW to 53 dB RW, there is no acoustic issue between rooms that the Top Hung Operable Wall cannot cater for.

Sound reduction dB ratings are often quoted from laboratory test results which are misleading in respect of final performance values. They are merely useful for initial specification purposes. Independent on-site tests as carried out by partners are recommended as in-situ results will differ from laboratory test certification and are therefore the only true guide to achievable sound attenuation.
