Features:

The servo tensioner uses a DC Servo Motor and a Drive as an active wire feeding mechanism.

Its mainfeatures are as following:
1, Follow the speed of the winding machine and actively wire feeding ;
2, DC Servo Motor with High Precision Encoder and Advanced Driving Technology:
A,High tracking accuracy, high tension stability, acceleration and deceleration up to 0.3s；
B,High speed, large torque, large tension range, simple selection;
C, High efficiency, energy saving and low power consumption, motor and drive work for

a long time with very low heating, no need heat dissipation;
D. Stable online measurement function;
E,It can directly adjust the parameters of the motor and the working angle of tension arm by

connecting the USB interface of tensioner with PC software. It is suitable for winding various

coil products of various winding machines.
3. The tension range is 2-2000 gf and the suitable diameter is 0.02-0.80 mm.

Note: 485 Modbus RTU communication protocol: baud rate 115200, data 8 bits, no parity,
1 stop.Using the tension value signal provided by the machine to communicate with
the winding machine can realize the functions of tension data acquisition and upper
and lower limit setting.
