Product Description:
Vertical Magnetic Tensioner
Product Category: Tensioner series
Product Features:
Vertical magnetic tensioner is generated by the magnetic torque Yin, no mechanical friction,
so can produce stable tension for a long time, and accuracy can get effective guarantee.

The MTC series is produced by the change of the torque of the magnetic field, which is produced
by the change of the torque, which has no mechanical friction, so it can generate stable tension for
a long time, and the precision can be guaranteed effectively. The freedom of the adjustment of the tension, can be adapted to the side of the skeleton of the winding and sharp changes in the speed
of the winding around the wire, will not produce a broken wire. When the broken wire and the wire
rod are used up, the detection device is informed by the disconnection detection device of the
equipment, and the winding machine automatically stops. This series of tension device is an upgraded version of mechanical series, the use of double break alarm mechanism, the internal increase of the photoelectric detection of broken wire alarm, and the use of indicator light shows that the overall
structure is more scientific and firm.

Use matters needing attention:
1) A tension rod and box body on the plane parallel to the best working state, according to the users
need to use the appropriate angle of work, but work tension rod shall not be higher than the red
markings on the front of the box.
2) In the work process allows only by minor tension, prohibited by a small flat. When the tension required by the major hours must be adjusted in a stop state, so as to avoid breakage.
3) Such as in the adjustment of tension pulsation phenomenon, after the stop tension adjustment of the rotary disc to the maximum tension, and then slowly back to the desired tension around the re adjustment.
4) Adjust the end of the beginning of the work, the working angle of the tension rod like and installing a static point of view as, please must re adjust the tension, so as not to components of the tension device caused by normal wear and tear, and reduce the service life.
