Description :

The Carbide Winding nozzle is precisely processed from ultrafine particle tungsten carbide ,the hardness is up to above HRA90 degree ,and the bending strength is more than 2300N/mm ,QIANHE uses special equipment for precision abrasive machining and precision grinding treatment of inner hole to make the roughness reach up to Ra0.1,and the roughness of R at both ends are up to Ra0.025,The curvature radiuse of the inlet and outlet two ends are scientifically desighed to ensure that the wires pass smoothly and naturally .There is no step inside hole of the wire guide nozzle ,thus improving the phenomenon of easy bending and blocking .
