Descriptions: - This is a semi Automatic pulp molding Production Line
- It’s mainly used for high quality pulp molded products. Such
as dishware, artware, disposable medical care products, high
quality industrial package...
- This type of production line is constituted by a hydrapulper
system, a semi automatic
thermoforming machine(forming/drying/pressing integrative
machine), and corollary equipments.
- Products are make from paper pulp(usually it is virgin pulp). It’s
high-efficiency, energy-saving, durable, wieldy and safe.

Working Theory: - The track or worker carries the raw material into the conveyor
;
- The conveyor pours down the raw material into the hydrapulper
mixing with certain mater;
- Then the mixed paper pulp will going into the pulp adjustment pond
to be adjusted to a certain consistency;
- The pulp will flow into the second pond called supply pond, in
which the pulp keeps a consistency stably;
- Then the pulp will be bumped into the forming machine. The fiber in
the pulp will cover the wiremesh of the mold with the effect
of the vacuum;
- So the wet products are shaped and dried on the working platform
from where the worker needs to take away the finished products;
- After that the products need to be edged and disinfected.
