Description: - This is a Fully Automatic pulp molding Production Line
- It’s mainly used for high quality pulp molded products.
Such as dishware, artware, disposable medical care products,

system, a fully automatic thermoforming
machine(forming/drying/pressing integrative machine), and corollary
equipments.

Working Theory: - The track or worker carries the raw material into the conveyor;
- The conveyor pours down the raw material into the hydrapulper
mixing with certain water;
- The mixed paper pulp will going into the pulp adjustment pond to be
adjusted to a certain consistency;
- Next the pulp will flow into the second pond called supply pond, in
which the pulp keeps a consistency stably;
- The pulp will be bumped into the forming machine. The fiber in the
pulp will cover the wiremesh of the mold with the effect of
the vacuum. So the wet products are shaped on the
working platform;
- Then the wet products will be trandferred to the heating area to
get dryed and hot pressing automatically.
- After that the products need to be edged and disinfected.
