Saiter ST-9980EA-HPC European Standard DC Charging Pile Tester is a dedicated testing device designed for European-standard
electric vehicle DC charging piles. It is primarily used for
on-site testing and functional acceptance verification of off-board
conductive chargers for electric vehicles. Suitable for R&D by
DC charging pile manufacturers, on-site acceptance and inspection
by third-party testing institutions, as well as field acceptance
testing by purchasers and inspection units of DC charging piles,
its practical functions eliminate the inconveniences and
limitations associated with using actual electric vehicles for
testing. It also prevents potential damage to test vehicles caused
by charging pile failures.
Product Features Portable trolley case design: compact, lightweight, and easy to
carry outdoors, with a high level of electrical protection. Equipped with one CCS2 DC electric vehicle charging socket (DC
1000V/500A). Strict compliance with ISO 15118 and DIN SPEC 70121 charging
communication protocol standards, meeting standard charging
sequence test requirements. Features a 10.1-inch touchscreen interface for real-time monitoring
and display of charging voltage, current, CP status, and other key
parameters. Includes upper-computer software for setting charging parameters
and displaying charging status. The software supports real-time
output of charging message data. Optional multi-channel high-precision high-speed waveform
acquisition module for capturing charging voltage, current, and
pilot signals to meet interoperability testing requirements.
Simulates vehicle control pilot circuit to authentically replicate
the charging process. Dedicated calibration terminals on the panel
allow for various verification methods. Supports display and configuration of EVCC and EVSE parameters,
real-time display of charging voltage, current, power, status, as
well as charging sequence and waveform diagrams (optional). Built-in WiFi functionality (optional) enables remote wireless
testing via upper-computer connection. Integrated HomePlug GreenPHY data monitoring module (optional)
supports capture/saving of data packets and allows in-depth
analysis of underlying charging communication data.
