Product Description:

Salt Spray Chamber adapted to the surface treatment of various materials, including paint, electroplating

organic and inorganic coating, anode processing, antirust oil and so on, after these anti`corrosive treatment to test the corrosion resistance of their products.

Salt Spray Chamber is specially designed for the testing of the corrosion resistance of the products after their material surfaces have been treated with electric plating, anodizing, spray coating, anti-rusting oil and other anti-erosion treatment.

Operation Method

1, the salt spray test chamber internal part: Tower spray apparatus, funnels, round bars, v-rack installed.
2, connected to the gas source, after the power is switched on, turn on the power switch.
3, bins and cabinets with water pressure, low water level in two lights go off after stop adding water, water seal seal groove.
4, purified water and sodium chloride salt is 1:20 with a good percentage of it. With a good pour solution into the entrance of the test drug (low salt lamp is off).
5, when all the lights go off, we can open the action, spray, time switches, turn mist switch until the end of trial.
6, according to the test requirements for equipment and cycle two spray modes (continuous spray time T1 and T2 tables are all 0, intermittent spraying time T1 to the working time, T2 for rest time).

Air Pressure Adjustment

a: Inlet pressure adjustment from the first stage regulator manually, the general control 2 ~ 4kg / cm2

Internal Structure

Precautions

1, after the end of each test, the switch should open the oil-water separator, the oil water put the net, and wipe clean.
2, if a long-term test should not saturated the water put the net, in normal use, should periodically replace the water in the saturator.
3, not long-term, if re-do the test, and to deal with all the electrical supply, gas supply system to make a specific system check, after the failure to prevent the boot.
4, found dirt clogging the nozzle, remove the nozzle promptly with alcohol, xylene, or 1: 1 hydrochloric acid wash or superfine wire careful and clear, not damage the wall of the nozzle opening, so as not to affect the spray quality.
