Flexible NBR Food Grade Rubber Hoses for Conveying Milk Oil Beer Juice

Applications: Hot water cleaning operations up to 212°F ( 100°C) in food processing plants, dairy workshops, packaging workshops, bottling plants, breweries, canneries and cheese factories. Suitable for conveying hot water and washing in food processing plants; Conveying milk, beer, animal and vegetable oils, oils, fats, red wine, juice, 96% alcohol, etc.

Technical Features:

1.Good flexibility and anti kinking, it is particularly suitable
for winding on reels.

2.The inner white tube is NBR materials.

3.The outer tube has excellent abrasion resistance, aging
resistance and weather resistance.

4.Its super abrasion and oil-resistant cover provides maximum
protection against the adverse effects of oil and animal fats.

5.The cover of hot water hose incorporates antimicrobial built-in
product protection.

6.Excellent high temperature resistance.

7.Phthalate free.
