Why Fuel Dispenser Hose can not be replaced by normal Hydraulic Hose (Such as SAE
100R1)?

High NBR content, thicker inner tube and special formular make fuel dispenser hose strongly resist gasoline / alcohol blends gasoline;

Normal hydraulic hose is for petroleum base hydraulic fluids, it is not suitable for gasoline / alcohol blends gasoline.

If clients use normal hydraulic hose to replace fuel dispenser hose and use them in service station, the life time will be largely shortened.
