Tube: NBR
Reinforcement: Single High-strength wire braided.
Cover: NBR / PVC

Temperature: -40ºC to +70ºC

Color: Black, Blue, Red and Green etc

Application: For fuel dispensing pump applications, including gasoline, diesel, oxygenated fuels (up to a maximum of 15% oxygenated compounds), lubricating oil, and other mineral oil etc.

Standard length: 20m, 50m (Random Length).

3/4 inch 0.61kg/m.
1 inch 0.84kg/m.

Apart from NBR rubber material, there are also other mateiral in hose composition, such as " carbon black, Dioctyl Phthalate and other material ".
If the NBR material is too low and the other material is too high, the hose will be heavier.

And too low proportion of NBR material also can cause the hose stiff problem in cold weather.

The low proportion of NBR rubber material will also leads to hose low aging-resistance problem, the hose will be easy to crack.

While the NBR proportion of our inner tube covers as high as 42% in hose inner tube and 40% in hose outer tube.
This NBR proportion is high in fuel dispenser hose industrial.
