A: For the mental rack, we will knock down packing with plastic bag inside and with

carton outside. For the wooden rack and glass showcase we will packing by wooden

case.All the goods we will packing well. It’s safe for long-distance transportation

5.Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control?

A: Quality is priority. we always pay great importance to quality controlling from the

6. I like your design, but couldnt find the right model from the products

list, is custom size available?

9. What is your average production lead time?

A: 4-5 weeks against formal order and deposit.

10. What happen in case any quality problem is identified after arrival?
