• Carving Pattern Roller is widely used for different fields and different patterns can be developed according to customer’s requirements. The roller will be produced by using advanced and high precise carving technique process. 
• The material of roller is 45# seamless pipe or alloy steel after being welded, stressed, tempered,  quenched heat treatment, etc.
• After quenching the surface hardness can reach HR c52-58. If choose chrome plate and polish the surface, the hardness can reach HRC 62.
• With imported polishing machine and raw materials, the roller surface roughness can reach Rao.01  and concentricity is less than 0.02mm.

Functions:
1. Trimming: Straight or curvilinear edge cutting and edge treatment for melting,so smooth, no rough edges;
2. Sealing: Two or more layers of fabric stitched together without thread replacing the sewing needles, good welding strength;
3. Hole making: Cut out the various patterns of holes, and treatment of side melting;
4. Slitting: Single or more cutting of the material at the same time, and treatment of side melting without burr;
5. Forming: Simultaneous cutting,sealing and embossing to make production in one time.
