test for audio recorder
Our workers will tapped pencil on the camera ceaselessly when the
camera is in video mode
This test is for the stability and articulation of the audio
Our staffs dress the dust-proof clothing uniformly, wear the
mouth-muffle and cap, before someone enter in the factory, he
should wear clean shoe cover
In such dust-free workshop, we can ensure that potential threat
will not affect quality of cameras
So our production efficiency can achieve 40,000 pieces per month
Aging room: we have a 20 square meter room specially for test
Each batch of products will be tested strictly more than 8 hours
without a stop
Items of the test include PIR sensitivity, startup speed, response
time, IR-flash range
Furthermore we have some machines for the packing
Welding machine is for blister packaging
This makes variety of our package, also we can control the quality
Ultrasonic drilling machine is for waterproof
It can connect black acrylic and enclosure together
Compared with ordinary sticky, this way is more effective, almost
can be seamless connection
After the cameras come out from the assembly line
Our QC will make sampling inspection
Each batch of products is delivered with attached certificate and
quality inspection report
Except the conventional performance measuring, we also do limit
test
For waterproof, we will put camera in the machine for 72 hours
According to the test, our camera’s waterproofing grade can reach
at least IP54
Many test is like this, such as high-low temperature test,
anti-corrosion test, drop test, humidity test
Also our clients can test them personally or let third-party
testing company to give a test report
For shipment, we support all kinds of courier service, DHL, FedEx,

| Camera stops taking images or won’t take images
Check the batteries to make sure that they are new alkaline or
Lithium AA batteries
See note above about short battery life
Make sure that the camera power switch is in the “On” position and
not in the “Off” or “Setup” modes
Make sure that you are using a good quality SD card in your camera
We recommends SD Cards up to 32GB (class 6 or higher for 1920x1080
or 1280x720 HD video)
If the SD card has its write protect switch in the lock position,
the camera will not take images
If you have used an SD card in another device before inserting it
in your camera, you might want to try formatting the card using the
“Format” parameter in setup mode (make sure you have backed up any
important files first, as formatting will erase all previous files)
In some cases, other devices may change the formatting of the SD
card so that it will not work properly with the camera |
