Elevator Accessories Cross-Beam Area Sensors With User-Friendly
Functions BWC Series Cross-Beam Area Sensors | The BWC cross-beam type area sensors utilize a 3-point cross-beam
method detection to minimize non-detection area and provide
reliable detection. 14 different configurations are available based
on the number of optics, optical pitch, and detection area size.
The sensors provide reliable detection even in areas with high
ambient lighting, up to 100,000 lux. Also, the self-diagnosis
output function minimizes detection error from dust or debris. The
series also features various user-friendly functions including
installation mode function, mutual interference prevention
function, and self-diagnosis functions. Main features- Self-diagnosis output: sensing screen contamination and blocking of
optical axis can be checked from external device (patent) 1
- Korean Railway Standard compliant (BWC80-14HD models)
- IP67 protection structure (IEC standard) (patent) 2
- 3-point cross-beam type detection minimizes non-detection area
- Long sensing distance up to 7 m
- 14 configurations (number of optics: 4 to 20 / optical pitch: 40,
80 mm / detection area: 120 to 1,040 mm)
- Easy installation with installation mode function
- Mutual interference prevention function, self-diagnosis function
- Bright LED indicators on emitter and receiver

BW Series General Purpose Area Sensors | The BW series general purpose area sensors feature long sensing
distance up to 7 m and are available in 22 different configurations
based on the number of optics, optical pitch, and detection area
size. With ambient illuminance limit of 100,000 lux, the sensors
can operate error-free even under direct sunlight. Bright LED
indicators are present in both the emitter and the receiver, making
it easy to identify the operation status. Mutual interference
prevention is possible with master/slave connection method,
allowing multiple units to be installed in a row.Main features- Ambient illuminance : 100,000lux (upgraded feature)
- Long sensing distance up to 7m
- 22 configurations (number of optics : 4 to 48/optical pitch : 20,
40mm /detection area : 120 to 940mm)
- 20mm optical pitch minimizes non-detection area (BW20)
- Bright LED indicators on emitter and receiver
- Mutual interference prevention function, self-diagnosis function,
stable operation test
- IP65 protection structure (IEC standard)

FAQ 1. Are the elevator wire ropes durable? The elevator wire rope has special provisions and requirements.
Configuration is not only for wire rope and rated load, but also
considered the size of the traction, as a result, the tensile
strength of wire rope is greater than the weight of the lift. The
safety factor is equipped with more than four wire rope. So it
won’t break at the same time. 2. Is it dangerous for power failure suddenly during the elevator
running? If it occurs, the elevator will automatically stop due to the
electrical and mechanical safety device. In case of power
failure, elevator brakes will automatically taken. In addition, the
power supply departments such as planned outage, prior notice are
also operating. 3. Will us be hurt when it closed suddenly? In the closing process, if people touch the hall door, the door of
elevator will automatically restart without any danger. With anti
clamping switch, once the gate touched, this switching action make
the elevator unable to be closed and even reopened. In addition,
closing force is also available here. 4. How the elevator running? Elevators are operated with a counterweight wire rope through the
(tractor) traction drive, making ups and downs on the guide rail. 5. Is the escalator installation complicated? We believe the functions of an escalator are not necessarily
proportional to the operation complexity. Therefore, escalators
designed by us apply an integrated structure, so that the equipment
is more precise and more efficient and allows easier and more
convenient commissioning. 6. Do you have any cerifications? Yes, we do with ISO9001 / CCC / CE Certificates for u.
