Description:

With high hardness and wear / corrosion resistance, suitable for the manufacturing of various kind of

solid cemented carbide tools for the machining of heat-resistant alloy and Ti alloy,also suitable for

the manufacturing of micro drills used for machining PCB.

--Dimension: diameter from 3-25mm, length from 38-330mm;

--with one coolant hole or two coolant holes or without coolant hole;

--ground and unground;

Applications:

Used in welding/ making the drill bits/ endmills / reamers .automobile special cutters, printed circuit board

special cutters, engine special cutters, Horologe processing special cutters, integral vertical milling cutter,

graver and etc. Besides, they can bu used for making of cemented carbide stamping head, Core

bar and perforation tools.
