Taking oxygen &carbon can make CO2 principle under the catalyzator function, offering nitrogen put 

through oxygen eliminate device which full of high efficiency carbon deoxidant, eliminating oxygen etc 

impurity, after absorb dryer Carbon to get high purity nitrogen. Carbon deoxidant is the key part of 

Eliminating oxygen, while palladium etc noble metal is the key in catalyzator,make sure we can get 

proper oxygen content at the certain temperature.
