I. Purpose:

Sponge foam compression testing machine is mainly used for fatiguereciprocating foam polymeric material compression test, determination of residualdeformation rate. Then we can know the dynamic fatigue properties of materials.

II. Theory:

computer software control, first press 75% of the sample thickness, release and then press 25% for 20 seconds. Load cell force sensor will automatically record and show its force. That would be the hardness of the foam. Also 40%, 65% is programable.
