Descriptions:

Shoelace Abrasion Resistance Tester is used to determine the abrasion resistance of shoe laces.

Shoelaces unit is: take 2pcs shoelaces, The middle phase hook , forming 1pcs on right, the other 

on left , the machine right clamp (dynamic) holding right both ends, Clip after natural 25 mm apart 

on both ends, with template to assist, make right shoelace on 52.2 °induce the left , Hook point and 

pinch 120 mm apart, then use the left clamp (Static) holding the left side, the other end in a pulley 

groove, and suspension weights below, clamp point and groove natural 35 + 5 mm apart, when 

experiments the dynamic clamp with constant speed around the straight line reciprocating motion, 

make two shoelaces mutual friction on middle,To friction specified test frequency or when lace rupture, 

recorded the number of friction times
