Woolen cloth is a kind of cloth which has the smooth surface of
grey cloth through the fluffing machine according to the customer's
requirements. There are more than 700 varieties of woolen cloth,
such as "warp and weft knitted", "KS cloth", "long fiber",
"ahambu", "TR/TC" and "cone spun".
With dense steel needle will fabric surface fiber pick up, forming
a nap finishing process, also known as cashmere. The nap layer
increases the warmth of the fabric, improves its appearance and
gives it a soft feel. Fuzz is mainly used for woolen, acrylic and
cotton fabrics.
Wool fabric in the dry state fluff, fluffy and shorter; In the wet
state, the fiber elongation is larger and the surface fiber
flaring. Long nap can be obtained by wetting the wool fabric and
long wavy nap can be obtained by soaking it in water. Cotton
fabrics should only be used for dry fuzz.
