Welding Turn Table Description

1. Our positioner Model HBJ Series capacity designed to give maximum positioning benefit by using tilt and rotation of the table for the work piece.

2. The table is machined with four radial slots for anchor bolts and centric marking on the surface table, a set of tapered bearing mounted below the table to give a smooth and constant turning during operation. 3. Powered driven by AC motor controlled by AC inverter system.

4. A variable speed controlled by a standard control pendant with low voltage push button and potentiometer with a 6-metre control cable built in.

5. Tilt movement is electrically powered driven by 9.2KW AC motor with dynamic braking through reducer gearbox.

6. Built in with 800amps rotary clamp to ensure good earthing to the welding power source.
7. There are various table diameters available at 900mm, 1200mm and 1500mm or square table (specify table diameter when ordering).

8. Voltage : 110 V - 600 V all available. 20 Days Delivery time.

Installation and commissioning

1. Normally the welding turn table positioner is easy to installation, we will installation well then package for delivery. Also we will supply you all the details installation drawings.

2. If customer need installation and commissioning,we’ll send 3 workers to customer’s factory ,including one machinery worker,one electrician and one translator.But customer should pay the cost of installation and commissioning.
