- The conventional welding rotator series includes the
self-alignment, the adjustable, the vehicle, the tilting and the
anti-drift types.
- Conventional welding rotator can adjust the center distance by
reserved screw holes or lead screw in order to adapt to diameter of
work piece.
- Double-motor driven, the roller driver adopt cycloidal planetary
gear reducer or worm reduction gear mode.
- According to the customer’s requirements, the roller has three
forms: sub-rubber tire roller, steel wheels, steel and plastic
combination wheel;
- It can joint control with other equipments.
- The conventional welding rotator is mainly used for the
welding,polishing,painting and assembly of cylindrical roller
shell. It also can assembling or using together with other tooling
for the cone inequality diameter rotary.
- Welding rotator is widely used in wind power, pressure vessel,
petrochemical, pipeline, steel structure, boiler, shipbuilding
welding repair and so on industries.

Attention More
1. Normally under 60 T model we use the Rubber material rollers ,
upper we use Steel material rollers.
2. If your work piece material is Nonferrous Metals , we suggest PU
rollers.
3. Self-aligning pipe welding rotator / Bolt adjsutment / Lead
Screw adjustment / Fit up rotators all available.
4. If your single pipe length more then 8M , then you should use 1
powered with 2 idlers to support.
